Virtual talk counseling that is first and foremost relational - no sterile presence here. You can expect tid-bits of my lived experience (with your consent of course) appropriately sprinkled in humor, and authentic shared-humanity within a clinically sound framework. In this space we honor and center your lived experience and inner wisdom. We move at your pace, collaborate in defining and moving towards clear, growth-oriented goals, and we can make it fun and weave your interests too! E.g. oracle cards, art, and music.
