 Scheduling A Complementary Consultation Call

Please reach out via email to schedule a complementary 20 minute phone consultation. We will use this time to explore how your goals may align with my professional experience as well as give you a chance to see if we “feel” like a good “fit.” 

Availability

 I strive to return all emails and phone calls within 48 business hours. 

Current availability for counseling sessions varies but the following schedule outlines my “working hours.” 

I am available for telehealth based individual counseling on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 9AM-5PM PST and Thursdays from 9AM to 1PM PST. This means that my first sessions begin at 9AM PST and my last sessions begin at 4PM PST.
